This course addresses the mandatory security training requirements outlined in the ISPS Code. It is designed for employees or contractors of a port facility who, although not assigned specific security duties, are engaged in full-time roles related to the ship/port interface. This course provides formal security awareness training to ensure that all personnel understand the importance of vigilance in upholding minimum maritime security measures during the facility’s operations.

Delivery Method: Distance Learning, half a day of instruction via video conferencing with our qualified instructors.
Duration: 3 hours.
For all employees and contractors working within the Port Facility not assigned specific security duties, operating under the approved Port Facility Security Plan being implemented within the port facility.
Ensure course participants are familiar with the duties and responsibilities of an employee as directed by the Port Facility Security Officer implementing the Port Facility Security Plan in accordance with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code and assist in implementing such plan within the port facility.
