Our Crisis Management course focuses on the principles of dealing with a crisis, information collection, strategic decision making, developing a crisis plan, crisis meetings, and crisis management. The course is theory based with practical exercises.

- Exercise 1 – The onset of a Crisis.
- Exercise 2 – Routine crisis management.
- Exercise 3 – Consequence management.
- Exercise 4 – Full crisis management cycle
