The IMB reports that a berthed bulk carrier in position 06:27N-003:23E was boarded on February 17th at 0615 UTC at Berth No.2, Apapa, Lagos, Nigeria.
The report states that robbers in a wooden boat approached the vessel and that one robber boarded the ship, broke in to the forward store and made off with ship’s stores. Duty crew noticed the robber and raised the alarm. Robber escaped.
