The flagship of the Ukrainian Navy, “Hetman Sahaidachny” in full alert enters the Gulf of Aden to fight pirates.
Along the coast of Somalia every day 70 merchant ships are passing that are attacked by the bandits. To remind Jan. 3 NATO operation “Ocean Shield” ended and now “Hetman Sahaidachny” began a new mission – “Atalanta” under the auspices of the European Union. The mission will last until March.
