The first to have training courses are 20 officers of the frigate “Hetman Sahaidachny”.The frigate Hetman Sahaidachny with a helicopter and special forces on board will be on time and fully prepared to perform at the end of this year its missions in the frames of the international counter-piracy operations at sea, Ocean Shield and Atalanta.
The establishment of a training center at the Nakhimov Naval Academy in Sevastopol last year was an important step to prepare the personnel for participation in anti-piracy operations.
