Headlines: US forces conduct a fifth self-defence strike cycle against Iranian drone infrastructure near Bandar Abbas following reported preparations for additional UAV launches. Iran condemns the action as a ceasefire violation and subsequently announces a retaliatory ballistic missile strike against Ali Al-Salem Air Base in Kuwait. Trump states Iran is “negotiating on fumes”, confirms the Strait of Hormuz blockade will remain until a formal agreement is signed, and warns military action may resume if talks fail.  The US Treasury sanctions Iran’s Persian Gulf Strait Authority (PGSA), including its reported transit toll and permit system for Hormuz shipping. In Lebanon, Israel issues the largest evacuation order of the conflict south of the Zahrani River and intensifies strikes across Tyre, Nabatieh and western Bekaa, while WHO reporting confirms continued attacks on healthcare infrastructure. Hamas confirms the death of Qassam Brigades commander Mohammed Odeh during Israeli strikes in Gaza City.
