UKMTO released Advisory 002/NOV/2023 regarding a report that an unnamed vessel was approached to within 5 cables by a small open top vessel containing 4 persons. The incident took place 80NM south of Shahid Beheshti (IRAN). Personnel in the approaching craft were reported to be carrying weapons. The vessel departed with no further interaction.
