WHAT WE DID
Neptune P2P Group conducted a Market Entry Security Risk Assessment (SRA) for an international towage and marine solutions company. Our goal was to ascertain if the security risk was at an acceptable level for our client to move its staff and assets into the area to commence port operations in the Port of Nacala, Nampula Province, Mozambique.
The SRA included a detailed analysis of the security conditions at Nacala Port, airport, hotels and the environs, and the client was able to make an informed decision.
